摘要:
This paper uses 135 Licensed Operator Event Reports (LOER) from Chinese nuclear plants to analyze how safety culture affects unsafe behaviors in nuclear power plants. On the basis of a modified human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) framework, structural equation model (SEM) is used to explore the relationship between latent variables at various levels. Correlation tests such as chi-square test are used to analyze the path from safety culture to unsafe behaviors. The role of latent error is clarified. The results show that the ratio of latent errors to active errors is 3.4:1. The key path linking safety culture weaknesses to unsafe behaviors is Organizational Processes → Inadequate Supervision → Physical/Technical Environment → Skill-based Errors. The most influential factors on the latent variables at each level in the HFACS framework are Organizational Processes, Inadequate Supervision, Physical Environment, and Skill-based Errors.

Team situation awareness (TSA) reliability is an important factor for team reliability. Moreover, situation awareness (SA) is a prominent problem in digital nuclear power plants (NPPs). Currently, since there is no suitable method to dynamically assess TSA reliability, we constructed a dynamical assessment method of TSA reliability based on a dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) to evaluate TSA reliability. First of all, a TSA causal concept model through qualitative analysis, expert group discussion and sample data analysis. On this basis, the quantitative assessment method of TSA reliability was constructed based on DBN and obtained probability distribution of variables. A standardized method was established to obtain the probability distribution of variables. Furthermore, we evaluated TSA dynamic reliability in a steam generator tube rupture (SGTR) accident. The results showed that the error probability of TSA decreased, and the level of TSA reliability continuously increased in SGTR. TSA reliability can be dynamically predicted by causal reasoning, the most important cause of TSA error could be identified by diagnostic reasoning, which provided theoretical support for the targeted prevention of human error. Finally, this established method was proved to be reasonable through sensitivity analysis.

摘要:
The main objective of this study is to investigate the consumers' attitude and intention toward using social media by adopting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study further develops a comprehensive framework by identifying Knowledge Sharing Factors and Social Influence Factors as moderating variables that influence the relationship of attitude and behavior intention toward using social media. Based on the literature review, a research framework questionnaire is developed and conducted to test the research hypothesis in this study. The questionnaire survey method is employed to collect data from relevant social media, whereby 309 valid responses are used in the analysis. The results reveal that three TAM factors, namely, the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment are indeed the antecedents of attitude and behavior intention toward social media adoption. Also, the results indicate that social influence factors (social networking, social norms, and social trusts) and knowledge sharing factors (altruism, expected reciprocal benefit, and expected relationships) have moderating effect on the relationship between attitude and behavior intention toward social media. This research provides a comprehensive framework as important reference for professionals to develop social media marketing plan as well for academicians to conduct further validation.

With the improvement of digital level of main control rooms (MCRs) of nuclear power plants (NPPs), the issue of situation awareness (SA) of operator becomes particularly prominent in NPP operations. More and more scholars have done some research on SA and team situation awareness (TSA). In order to explore the effects of performance shaping factors (PSFs) on SA, TSA and workload, the effects of task complexity and operators? knowledge and experience level on operators? SA, TSA and workload were studied through simulator experiments. The results show significant effects on the operators? SA and TSA levels. The higher the complexity of task, the lower the level of operators? SA and TSA; and the higher the level of knowledge and experience, the higher the level of operators? SA and TSA. Experiments also show that task complexity and the level of knowledge and experience have a significant impact on the operator?s workload. The higher the task complexity is, the higher the operator?s workload level is, and the higher the knowledge and experience level is, the lower the workload level of the operator is. The research results provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of SA and reducing workload, and provide theoretical and experimental guidance for identifying the impacts of PSF on SA, TSA and workload.

The objectives of this study are (1) to review previous studies in the context of brand management in consumer behaviors using costumer based brand equity (CBBE) and theory of planned behavior (TPB) as the basic foundation of the study; and (2) to develop a comprehensive research model by integrating relevant research constructs using meta-analysis. This study reviewed a total 173 studies from 58 published papers with 40 journals during 1991~2014 and developed a comprehensive framework with 16 research hypotheses. The results showed that (1) brand image, brand personality, brand association, and subjective norm are the important antecedents of brand attitudes; (2) brand awareness, brand trust, perceived quality, and perceived behavioral control are the important antecedents of brand loyalty; (3) brand attitude positively influences brand loyalty, which further influences brand equity; and (4) brand equity positively influences behavioral intention. This study fills in the research gap by integrating more research variables into CBBE model, particularly to include the influence of social context on consumer behavior through TPB. These results indicated that the integration between CBBE and TPB is meaningful and the comprehensive model can explain more variances than that of the individual model. Limitations, and recommendations for future research in this area are provided.

The study aims to verify the relationship between leaders' personality traits in leader - member exchange (LMX), and job performance. Hierarchical Regression Analysis was used to examines (a) how leaders' personality traits and LMX affect the influence of social capital on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior; (b) how perceived organization support (POS) can moderate the influences of LMX on social capital, in turn impacting job performance and OCB. Responses are employees in the service industry in Thailand, which consisted of 236 independent samples in 77 groups. Each group included at least one leader and 1-5 followers. The results show that there is a significant relationship between leader's personality traits, LMX and social capital. Leader with the higher level of conscientious, and agreeableness can always create good relations with their followers. The level of LMX are also related to social capital and both of these influence OCB and job performance. The moderating effect of perceived organizational support is also significant that POS can amplify the influence of LMX on social capital. Finally, the research findings show that perceived organizational support is one of the moderating factors in LMX exchanges. Followers perceived organizational support can amplify the influence of LMX on social capital.
