Simulating current sintering process in local brickkilns, Hengyang region, Hunan Province, China, at 800 degrees C, througt indoor sintering experiment on a series of brick samples of purple sandy shale, in which particle sizes of limestone are >-1 Phi, >0 Phi, >1 Phi, >2 Phi, >3 Phi and >4 Phi, respectively, it is concluded that the following: (1) Limestone granularity is a crucial factor affecting the quality of sintering bricks of purple sandy shale. Under different particle sizes, the critical content of limestone causing lime brust of sintering bricks is distinct, and lowers with the increasing in limestone granularity. (2) When limestone granularity is different, its impact way on the quality of sintering bricks is also distinct. The more coarse limestone granularity is, the more concentrative the swelling stress produced by the hydration of free CaO is, the more easily lime brust occurs. On the contrary, the more fine limestone granularity is, the more dispersive the swelling stress is, there is the more help to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of lime brust. (3) In view of the relationship between limestone granularity and the critical content of limestone giving rise to lime brust of sintering bricks, the production practice can be effectively guided.

摘要:
A modified fractal growth model of minerals was considered in the square lattice 300 × 300. One seed is placed at the center of the square lattice as a growth focus and the attraction domain is set to diamond. Three main parameters are considered in this model which probability of the surface adhesion is Pg with the range of 0 to 99% to eliminate the noise impact and adsorption distance d varies from 0 to 9 units on behalf of the gravitational field strength between particles and fill gaps s varied from 0.00 to 5.00 units distance to perform the influence of environmental temperature on the minerals growth system. Three model sets are carried out with two fixed parameters and the other changed parameter. The results show the fractal dimension of DLA group increase with the decrease of Pg and the increases of d and s, as well as the structure of minerals from disseminated, star or radial gradual transition to agglomerate. The model is a two-dimensional simulation for three-dimensional fractal growth and can not fully reflect the complex growth dynamics of mineral aggregate in three-dimensional confined space.

In this study, Immobilized Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (ISC) was prepared through sodium alginate embedding gelatin method after the dry cells had been cross-linked by formaldehyde. The influences of solution pH, initial U(VI) concentration, and contact time on U(VI) biosorption were studied. The optimal U(VI) adsorption conditions was observed at pH 7.0, initial U(VI) concentration 60 mg.L-1 biosorbent dose biosorption equilibrium was established in 1.5h.

The in situ leaching uranium is environmentally friendly mining technique that contains mining, mineral processing and metallurgical technology, in which the leaching solution is directly injected into underground ore bed and the useful metal or compound is obtained through reaction between solutions and minerals. The ore-bearing strata pore structure feature and ore rock particle distribution directly affect the leaching rate of useful components. In order to study the ore-bearing strata ore rock structure feature and its effect on in situ leaching uranium, based on analysis of mercury penetration test data of a certain uranium deposit with rock samples, several relative parameters are determined including porous radius size and distribution, porosity distribution. Using fractal theory, porous structure characteristics and variation of this ore-bearing and strata was analyzed, fractal characteristics of porous structure was discussed, and pore structure characteristics of this ore-bearing strata was further studied with scanning electron microscope. The results show that fractal characteristics of porous structure is regional, the fractal dimension can quantitatively describe heterogeneity of pore structure, the more the fractal dimension, the stronger the heterogeneity of porosity distribution, the more complicated the pore structure, and the less the porosity of ore rock. This is harmful for uranium leaching.

This study focuses on developing a new method to remove uranium from aqueous solution. Chitosan and ferrous ions were used together to remove uranium ions from aqueous solution. Through two-step pH adjustment, the uptake behavior of chitosan and ferrous ions toward uranium in aqueous solution using batch systems was studied in different experimental conditions. The experimental results indicated that the removal of uranium by the synergetic effect of chitosan and ferrous ions was more effective than the way of adsorbing uranium ions by chitosan alone. Under the given experimental conditions, the concentration of the residual uranium in the effluent after the chitosan and ferrous ion treatment could meet the discharge standard (< 0.05 mg l(-1)) when the initial concentration of uranium ions was 10 mg l(-1) or 100 mg l(-1). The synergetic effect of chitosan and ferrous ions, including adsorption, coacervation, and coprecipitation, was responsible for the high removal rate of uranium. [DOI: 10.1115/1.4002817]

The geological and hydrogeological conditions of some sandstone uranium deposit in Xinjiang are extremely complex, which exhibits especially in the high carbonate content of ore and the high salt concentration of groundwater. Two blocks in the deposit were selected for acidic in-situ leaching test and alkaline in-situ leaching test differently. On acidic in-situ leaching test field, a group of leaching well was constructed as a triangle pattern (four-spot well), 5-33g/L H(2)SO(4) and 5g/L H(2)O(2) was selected as lixiviant. The test results show that the uranium concentration in pregnant solution is lower, and a serious chemical precipitation and blocking occur in the ore-bearing layer, which cause a significant decreasing of pumping and injection rate. On alkaline in-situ leaching test field, a group of leaching well with a square pattern(five-spot well) was constructed, 0.54g/L H(2)O(2) solutions were injected at early stage and 550-600mg/L NH(4)HCO(3) solutions were injected at last stage. The test results show the maximum of the uranium content in pregnant solution reach 53.7ing/L, and the pumping and injection rate do not decrease significantly. So the alkaline in-situ leaching mining can be adopted in this deposit.

摘要:
The treatment of uranium-bearing wastewater from uranium mine and using microorganism to treating wastewater is paid much attention to environmental researchers. Based on column experiments, the paper investigated the potential using sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) and zero-valent iron (ZVI) to synergetic treat contamination in wastewater such as sulfate, uranium, etc. The results show that SRB+ZVI can effectively remove contamination U(VI) and SO4~(2-) in wastewater, the removal rate is 99.4% and 86.2% for U(VI) and (SO_4)~(2-) respectively, the pH value of wastewater can be basified to neutral. U(VI) and (SO_4)~(2-) as electron acceptor of sulfate reducing bacteria are removed by biological reduction. The corrosion of ZVI is benefit to enhance the pH value of wastewater and form anaerobic reducing environment, strengthen survival and metabolism reaction of SRB, and play a synergetic enhancement.

摘要:
In order to predict the content of (238)U in soil near uranium mine exhaust outlet, a prediction model based on grey prediction theory is set up by analyzing the measuring contents of (238)U in soil monitoring point near a uranium mine exhaust outlet from 2001 to 2006 in China. The degree of coefficient tested is reasonable, the residual error is small enough to pass the verifying, and the grade of precision for prediction model is grade I. The content of (238)U in 2007 is also predicted based on the model and the residual error is 4.5388%. The contrast curve of original data and the predicted results which provide the technology guide and the practical value for management and supervising soil radioactive pollution indicate the grey prediction model has a good fitness and could be used to predict the content of (238)U in Soil near uranium mine exhaust outlet with high prediction precision in short-term time series.

For giving some references to improve radiation condition of dummy driving drift in underground uranium mines, this paper expounds the mathematical description of radon concentration and potential alpha energy of its progeny in ventilation airflow, and educes the calculation formula of the maximal driving length of dummy driving drift for exhausting radon and its progeny. Then, this paper studies the relationships between the maximal driving length (L(max)) and air-quantity of ventilation system for dummy driving drift (Q), section area of dummy driving drift (S), radon concentration of intake air (C(0)), potential alpha energy of radon progeny (E(0)) of intake air and radon emanation density of dummy driving drift (D(v)) respectively, and obtains the below conclusions (i) L(max) is decreases with increased C(v), E(0), S and D(v) respectively, on the contrary increases with increased Q, (ii) when D(v)=1.463 Bq/(m(3)s), L(max,Rn)=L(max,alpha); when D(v)<1.463Bq/(m(3)s), L(max,Rn)>L(max,alpha); when D(v)>1.463 Bq/(m(3)s), L(max,Rn)<L(max,alpha). In this paper some optimization measures of reducing radon and its progeny also are given.

In the case of in-situ leaching of uranium, the primitive geochemical environment for groundwater is changed since leachant is injected into the water bearing uranium deposit. This increases the concentration of SO_4~(2-), uranium and other heavy metal ions and results in the groundwater contamination. The effects of pH values of the simulated solution on the reduction of SO_4~(2-) and the removal of uranium and other heavy metal ions by sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) were studied. The results show that, when the pH value of the simulated solution is about 8, the reduction rate of SO_4~(2-) by SRB and the removal rate of uranium, Mn~(2+), Zn~(2+), Pb~(2+) and Fe~(2+) will reach their highest values. A bioremediation technique for remediation of groundwater in in-situ leaching uranium mine can be developed.

With the development of deep foundation pit engineering, SMW exterior-protected structure is used widely day by day in foundation pit engineering. In order to study on the resistant heave stability of SMW retaining structure deep foundation pit. By using finite element analysis method, a non-linear finite element model, which analyzes the stability of resistant heave for deep foundation pit based on deformation, is established. Considering the influencing factors of deformation against-upheaval of deep foundation pit exist maximal fuzziness and randomness, based on deformation, the [delta]-delta ultimate limit state model is built up to reflect the failure process of deep foundation pit. In the course of analysis, the fuzzy mathematics and reliability analysis method is used to set up fuzzy reliability method to analyze the resistant heave stability of deep foundation pit. The study shows that ABAQUS has powerful capacity to analyze the contract problems in geotechnical engineering, the resistant heave failure ultimate limit state model based on deformation of deep foundation pit can effectively analyze stability of deep foundation pit, and the study can provide valuable reference for the stability analysis for foundation pit.

Because of the uncertainty of the parameters and characteristics of rock joints, this paper performed research in three respects. (1)The contract model of structural planes established by using ABAQUS, and, based on the contract model, the non-linear finite element model for analyzing the stability of rock slope was established. (2) The model between the rock mass mechanics parameters and anti-slide and down-slide forces was built up by using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) consisting of artificial neural network and fuzzy logical inference. (3) The program of reliability analysis was compiled by using Monte-Carlo simulation (MCS) and MATLAB, a new reliability analysis method was proposed by coupling ABAQUS, ANFIS and MCS, and the method was used to analyze the reliability of a rock slope. The results show that the contact model of structural planes has great influence on the precise of numerical simulation, that the tangent spring element model could ensure the precision and enhance the convergent efficiency, and that the method could avoid compiling redundant finite element program, reduce the computing time, and improve calculation precision.

The "338"tin mine located on Baisha Town of Changning City in Hunan Province, the kaists crevasse grit-filled tin deposit, had a serious water-penetration and putty-gushing accident in 2# admission passage of 95m center-section, causing five-person dead on May 22, 2005. By analyzing the ore deposit hydrology geological data, the mining technology and the geologic structure, this paper concludes that the blasting during mining tunneling process destroying the aquifuge of karsts pipeline is the immediate cause of this accident, and the continuous raining increasing the hydrodynamic pressure in karsts pipeline is the important cause of this accident. This article has comprehensively analyzed the mechanism of water-penetration and putty-gushing, and carried on preliminary discussion on the geological forecast technology and the control technology of. the water-penetration and putty-gushing disaster.

The strip mine truck transportation scheduling system is of uncertainty attribute which is involved to fuzzy parametric problem such as transportation path, production process and shoveling-transportation-crashing equipment under environment. Because of fuzzy programming depending on complex degree of member function of fuzzy coefficient, it cannot to be solved through transforming clear math programming problem, anymore, it is difficult to get optimal solution with the classics optimization algorithm. This parper has constructed immune particle swarm optimization algorithm by integration of excellent performance of immune algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm, thenafter, it is set up corresponding fuzzy programming model by its uncertainty attribute parametric of truck transportation shceduling system and fuzzy judgment decision criteria, finally, optimization problem of transportation scheduling system under fuzzy environment is to be solved well. It is not only to solved effectively optimization problem of truck transportation scheduling system under fuzzy environment, but also it provides important reference value for. optimization And decision-making problem of other complex system.
