摘要:
以3,5_二氟苯腈为起始原料与乙基溴化镁反应合成的3,5_二氟苯丙酮,经过溴代、胺化、环合、酸化反应,合成4个间二氟吗啉醇盐酸盐化合物,目标化合物的结构经1 H NMR,IR和MS分析确证,利用小鼠强迫游泳抗抑郁药理模型对所合成的化合物进行抗抑郁药理活性试验。结果表明,目标化合物Ⅵ4具有一定的抗抑郁活性。

Magnetic carboxymethylcellulose (CMC/Fe3O4) was used as a framework adsorption material to remove uranium ions from aqueous solutions. Carboxyl functional groups were grafted onto the CMC/Fe3O4. The maximum adsorption capacity of the magnetic composite toward U(VI) was 122.48 mg/g. Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of the adsorption process were estimated. The pseudo-second-order model was more suitable and it proved to be an endothermic and spontaneous process. The Langmuir and Freundlich models were applied to evaluate the adsorption isotherm. The data matched well with Langmuir model after equilibrium was reached and with Freundlich model before equilibrium was reached.

A wireless immunosensor for the detection of Mycoplasma genitalium was fabricated by immobilizing polyclonal antibody onto the surface of a magnetostrictive strip.In response to a time-varying magnetic field, the immunosensor longitudinally vibrates at a resonance frequency, emitting magnetic flux that can be remotely detected by a pickup coil.

Fusarium sp. #ZZF51, marine-derived mangrove endophytic fungus, was chemically modified by poly(amic acid) to enhance its potential of uranium(VI) biosorption in aqueous solution. Compared with uranium(VI) removal of the pristine biomass, the maximum uranium(VI) adsorption capacity of the modified biomass increased 9.5-fold under the optimal condition of pH 5.0, S/L 0.4, and equilibrium time 180 min. Kinetic study showed that the process follows the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, which indicates that chemical reaction controls the adsorption rate. The thermodynamic experimental data fit well with Langumir, Freundlich, and Temkin isotherms, and their R 2 values are 0.954, 0.963, and 0.986, respectively. FTIR spectroscopic analysis of the native, modified, and uranium-loaded biomass demonstrated the involvement of carboxyl, amide, and hydroxyl groups on the surface of fungus Fusarium sp. #ZZF51 cell wall in the adsorption of uranium(VI).

A novel highly sensitive and specific electrochemical biosensor for detecting uranium based on specific Deoxyribozymes and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is reported. In this work, AuNPs provide excellent electrochemical signal transduction and a large surface area for immobilising numerous Deoxyribozymes, so a low detection limit of 3.24ngL(-1) uranium and a good linear relationship over the range 5.94-35.1ngL(-1) (r=0.994) were obtained. The proposed biosensor presents high specificity and selectivity for uranium and is not affected by other metal ions. Thus, the biosensor protocol offers good selectivity, rapid speed and operational convenience for detection uranium in liquid waste.

The interaction of blood glucose with heme proteins plays a key role in inducing diabetes, a serious disease threatening human health. In this study, we investigated the non-covalent interaction between glucose and myoglobin (Mb), both theoretically and experimentally, using molecular dynamics (MD) simulation combined with spectroscopic studies. It revealed that glucoses can occupy the side pocket of Mb, and bind closely to one of the xenon cavities in Mb, by hydrogen bonding interactions with two propionate groups of heme as well as surrounding amino acids. These interactions alter the conformation of the heme active site slightly and lead to an enhanced peroxidase activity of Mb, as determined by kinetic studies. This study provides general information for glucose-heme proteins interactions, and also for blood glucose-protein interactions for patients with diabetes.
