摘要:
Metakaolin and different molarity of H3PO4 were used to synthesis metakaolin phosphate acid based geopolymer (PAG) at 45°C and humidity more than 98%. The fluidity of fresh PAG decreases from 15.2 mm to 13.1 mm according to the increasing molarity of H3PO4. Initial setting time and final setting time of fresh PAG increases from 21 h to 62 h and 35 h to 87 h with the molarity of H3PO4 increase from 6 mol/L to 12 mol/L respectively. PAG is an early strength material, and the highest strength of PAG is 120.7 MPa at 28 day and strength at 7day is up to 90.8 MPa. Porosity decreases and pore size increases with the increasing molarity of H3PO4, Pore size between 50 nm and 100 nm is dominated in PAG. Some cracks was observed in hardened PAG. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
The air flow and pollutant dispersion within a group of street canyons ventilated merely by thermal buoyancy force induced by heated building surfaces are examined by CFD model using SST k-ω turbulence model for different urban skyline configurations. Pollutants emitted from the bottom of street canyon roughly mimic the traffic exhaust releasing. Numerical results are validated well with former theoretical results on thermal boundary flow adjacent to a heated vertical wall. The air exchange rate per hour (ACH) and pollutant retention time are adopted to evaluate the canyon ventilation performance. An exponential relationship could be established between the pollutant retention time and the thermal boundary flow rate. A semi-empirical formula is proposed by using the theoretical results of thermal boundary layer and two empirical constants derived from the present simulation results, which could be used to evaluate the ventilation performance at the urban design. As the convergence flow at the street canyon roof decays from urban rim to urban center, the pollutant retention time differs from canyon to canyon. The “protuberant” skyline configuration is found more effectively in purifying the street canyons at urban edge, in contrast, the “concave” skyline configuration shows higher purification efficiency at urban center. Present research could benefit for design purpose and environmental impact assessment. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
The recycled cathode ray tube (CRT)funnel glass was used as replacement of magnetite sand in the concrete, and its mass replacement rates were 0, 20%, 40% and 60%, respectively. The flowability, apparent density and mechanical properties of the radiation shielding concrete were investigated, while its γ-ray radiation shielding parameters such as linear and mass attenuation coefficients (μ and μm, respectively), thickness values of half-value layer (hHVL)and tenth-value layer (hTVL)were obtained by theoretical calculation, experiment and Monte−Carlo N-Particle (MCNP)simulation code. The experimental results show that the flowability of the concrete increases significantly, whilst its apparent density, compressive strength and static elastic modulus decrease slightly. The calculated, simulated and experimental μm, μ, hHVL and hTVL values of all concrete samples are very consistent at the same γ-ray photon energy, and it is feasible to use MCNP code to simulate γ-ray radiation shielding parameters of materials. The calculated results show that in a wide range of γ-ray photon energy, the μm value of the concrete with CRT funnel glass replacing magnetite sand is improved effectively, and its radiation shielding performances are the same as those of the control concrete (M−1). By comprehensively comparing the flowability, mechanical properties and γ-ray radiation shielding properties, the concrete samples with 20%−40% funnel glass as fine aggregate have good performances. © 2019 The Nonferrous Metals Society of China

摘要:
The turbine hall houses a number of components with intense heat release, resulting in a hot and humid air environment and making it very unpleasant for plant staffs to conduct maintenance work there, particularly at a hot outdoor environment. The traditional pure buoyancy driven natural ventilated could fulfil the overall heat exhausting requirement, however, creating hot environment at several positions due to the vortex airflow structure. As only part of the building need to be cooled, a localized cooling system with assisting mechanical fans is used. Buoyancy driven natural ventilated flows primarily occupying this turbine hall have been investigated by a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model and an on-site measurement. The ventilation airflow is solved by 3D steady state Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations in conjunction with the SST k-ω turbulence model. The numerical codes and procedures were validated by comparing with on-site measurements. The concept of mean age of air is used to evaluate the natural ventilated efficacy. Following that, the potential of using mechanical vents and slabs to cool equipment work area at this buoyancy driven natural ventilated hall is analysed. The simulation results show that the mechanical vents could decrease air temperature and increase air exchange efficiency at work area effectively on condition that the local airflow pattern is well organized, which is strongly related to the ejection direction and velocity. Present research could benefit future development of the ventilation design in the power plant buildings. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

以葡萄糖为前驱物,在氮气保护氨水辅助的隔氧体系中水热合成单分散炭微球。考察了不同碳源、配料种类、氨水浓度和通氮时间对炭微球粒径分布和形貌的影响。采用SEM、BET、XRD、FT-IR、XPS、粒度仪对炭微球的形貌和成分进行表征,用差热法分析了炭微球的热稳定性。结果表明,氨水浓度与通氮气保护对炭微球的形貌与粒径分布影响显著,在0.1 g/mL葡萄糖溶液、0.05 mol/L氨水溶液和以200 cm~3/min的速率通入氮气保护20 min的实验条件下,可制备出平均粒径为11.5 μm且表面富含官能团-OH、C=O、-COOH的单分散炭微球。

摘要:
A bonded sleeve connection was developed for joining tubular glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) beams and columns. It utilizes a sleeve connector made by welding a steel tube to a steel endplate. The steel tube is then inserted into and adhesively bonded with the GFRP beam end and the endplate is connected to the GFRP column using through-bolts. Four beam-to-column specimens with different bond lengths between the GFRP beam and steel tube and different numbers of bolts were tested. The moment-rotation responses, failure modes, and local strain responses were experimentally received and comparatively studied. The measured initial rotational stiffness of the proposed bonded sleeve connections was evaluated against a standard classification and compared to existing connection systems. Numerical analysis was also performed through finite element (FE) modeling. Paired contact elements and pretension elements were used to model the bolted connections, taking into account effects of friction, pretension force, and bolt hole clearance. Relevant failure criteria were also used to indicate yielding of the steel endplate and cohesive failure. Modeling and experimental results compared well in terms of moment-rotation behavior and failure modes. Further parametric study evidenced dominant effects of endplate thickness on the initial rotational stiffness of the connections.

Constructed wetlands technology is an important type of wastewater treatment technologies. Compared with other wastewater treatment technologies, the aquatic plants are special components in constructed wetlands for water pollutants removal. However, the comprehensive functions of aquatic plants in constructed wetlands were little emphasized before. In this study, the comprehensive functions and effects of aquatic plants in constructed wetlands to the water pollutants removal are investigated. Multiple common used aquatic plants are compared with their biomass, nitrogen and phosphorus absorption capacity, and oxygen secretion by root systems. These are used to investigate the mechanisms of the functions of aquatic plants in water pollutants removal in constructed wetlands. In this study it is found different types of aquatic plants have different comparable advantages in biomass, nitrogen and phosphorus absorption capacity, and oxygen secretion by root systems. The aquatic plants in constructed wetlands provide dissolved oxygen to the environment around their roots. The aquatic plants themselves have absorption for the nitrogen and phosphorus to directly removal them from the wastewater. Their roots together with the fillers in the constructed wetlands establish the habitat environment for the microorganisms which degrade the water pollutants. The aquatic plants play important and special roles in constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment. These findings can be used for the improvement of the water pollutants removal efficiency in constructed wetlands. The improved constructed wetlands can be used for eutrophication control with higher efficiency.

The SMW method has many advantages, such as little influence on the surrounding environment, good watertight performance, wide range of application, short construction period, low cost and so on. In this paper, we chose the SMW engineering method combined with anchor cable to support structure in the second phase deep foundation pit of Jinan LuJinDongCheng as the research object, monitored and analysed the horizontal displacement of the pile top, Peripheral surface subsidence and internal force of the anchor cable in the foundation pit. We also discussed the displacement, internal force of anchor cable and the settlement of surrounding environment in the excavation of foundation pit and in different stages of construction. Conclusion:(1)The maximum horizontal displacement of the retaining structure is closely related to the depth and time of excavation, the construction of anchor cable can well limit the deformation of pile body; (2)Groundwater seepage caused by foundation pit dewatering will change the effective stress of soil. The change of groundwater level has an important influence on the working behavior of smw anchor cable supporting structure.

摘要:
为提高装配式辐射供冷顶板的性能,建立了一种采用空气层进行热量交换的装配式辐射供冷顶板的数学模型,应用CFD(computational fluid dynamics)技术,数值模拟了耦合冷冻水管辐射顶板空气层的流场和温度场,分析了不同空气层厚度和不同供水温度对辐射顶板热特性的影响.数值模拟结果表明:空气层内由于温度差引起自然对流,辐射板内通过辐射,对流和导热的传热方式,使辐射板表面温度分布更均匀.在保证辐射板表面最低温度高于室内露点温度的条件下,随着空气层厚度和供水温度的增加,辐射板的表面平均温度升高,供冷能力下降.空气层厚度和供水温度的增加或减小会降低辐射板表面温度分布的均匀性.

贯穿钢筋在波形PBL连接件中的影响研究

摘要:
为了研究贯穿钢筋直径对波形PBL连接件极限抗剪承载力的影响,设计了贯穿钢筋直径分别为16 mm、20 mm和25 mm三组PBL连接件推出试验试件,通过使用5 000 k N的加载试验机对试件进行加载试验,测量出试件中工字钢与混凝土板之间的相对位移,并绘制出试件的荷载位移曲线.试验结果表明,当贯穿钢筋直径从16 mm增加到20 mm时,波形PBL连接件的抗剪承载力随着贯穿钢筋直径的增加而提高,当贯穿钢筋直径从20 mm变到25 mm时,波形PBL连接件的抗剪承载力虽在增加但增幅明显下降.

摘要:
A poly(β-Cyclodextrin)/bentonite composite (β-CD/BNC) were characterized by N2–BET measurement, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Its synthesis mechanism of graft polymerisation was expounded. The maximum sorption capacities of Cs+ onto β-CD/BNC in absence and presence of Cl− and CO3 2− were 48.83 mg g−1, 48.90 mg g−1, and 46.19 mg g−1, respectively. The effect of Cl− and CO3 2− on Cs+ adsorption was not obvious. β-CD/BNC displayed good stability and reusability. The main adsorption mechanism of cesium by β-CD/BNC was ion exchange, and the surface coordination was subordinated mechanism. © 2018, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
为了指导铀矿排风井周边地表环境的辐射防护设计,基于放射性气态流出物大气扩散的高斯烟羽模型,建立了铀矿排风井周边地表年均氡浓度以及公众个人年有效剂量的数学计算模型,研究了排风井气态流出物初始氡浓度、排风风量和源强对排风井周边地表1 km范围内年均氡浓度以及公众个人年有效剂量分布的影响.结果表明,在其他参数不变的情况下,年均氡浓度和公众个人年有效剂量的最大值随气态流出物初始氡浓度的增加而增大,随排风风量的增加而减小;最大值离井口的距离和氡致辐射的影响范围随初始氡浓度的增加而增大,随排风风量的增加而减小;相同源强下,最大值随气态流出物的初始氡浓度增加而增大,随排风风量的增大而减小;最大值离井口的距离随排风风量的增加而增大.最后,根据所得结论提出铀矿排风井周边的辐射防护建议.

悬臂输流管道在端部随从力作用下的稳定性

摘要:
对在端部随从力和流体流动共同作用下的输流管道,以欧拉伯努利梁为基础建立管道的运动微分方程,并以梁的振型函数为试函数,采用伽辽金方法对方程进行离散.通过对特征值分析,研究了不同参数对悬臂输流管道振动与稳定性的影响以及无量纲复频率与系统失稳临界流速的关系.结果表明:端部随从力的变化对系统失稳临界流速有很大的影响;系统的失稳方式和临界流速的大小有关;系统的失稳方式主要以发散失稳和单模态颤振失稳为主.
