摘要:
The 7-DOF humanoid robotic arm joint coordinate systems are established and link parameters are determined by D-H method, and the robotic arm kinematics model is established. The position and orientation of robotic arm end-effector is generated by homogeneous transform method. Monte Carlo method is proposed in analyzing the workspace of robotic arm and the echogram of robotic arm is calculated based on mapping relation from joint space to workspace of robotic arm. The reference basis is provided for follow-up robot trajectory planning, dynamics analysis, and motion control and parameter optimization.

摘要:
Sequential chemical extraction procedure was modified from Tessier process and demonstrates its application to sandstone uranium exploration. Use it to study uranium speciation with six different samples from in-situ leaching sandstone-type uranium deposits. The chemical speciation of uranium in samples was classified into six speciation: the exchangeable ion, carbonates bound, sulfide-organic matter speciation bound, amorphous Fe-Mn oxides bound, sparry Fe-Mn oxides bound and the residual state. Through the research, the uranium distribution characteristics were significantly different whether they were in different samples or in the same sample. Therefore, the research on chemical speciation of uranium Deposit before the production is essential to reasonable evaluation of Deposit and can guide the technology of in-situ leaching uranium Deposit. It also can rich the mineralization mechanism of sandstone-type uranium Deposit.

摘要:
It has a need to meet the demands of individual customers and solve the problems in current production caused by changing of the markets and the global influence and general competition situation. Utilization of the progress achieved in the information and communication technologies are expected in the future for many manufacturing companies. This leads to the increasing and consistent integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into the production systems in smaller and smaller subsystems and components. Cyber-Physical System will be more and more involved in production systems. Mechatronic systems become cyber-physical systems through additional communication skills and autonomy in behavior on external influences and internally stored settings. In the Cyber-Physical Production System, the horizontal integration through value networks and the vertical integration through networked manufacturing systems can be built to realize smart factory and smart production. In a laboratory environment at the Experimental and Digital Factory at the Chemnitz University of Technology, an innovative logistical system is built up to apply the horizontal and vertical integration into practice for research investigations. A research question to be answered is how the communication between components in this system related to the horizontal and vertical integration can be implemented. The other issue is how to test the integration and the functionalities.
摘要:
This paper analysis and evaluates vibration situation and gives the general procedure for vibration analysis of roller, which contain determination of each evaluation matter-element and comprehensive evaluation method based on matter-element. Evaluation matter-element is established by evaluation system of roller vibration, aimed at a particular example. The factors affecting the vibration of the roller has three major factors of the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, sub-factors of the three factors. According to the characteristics of the roller vibration and the current technical condition, the vibration is divided into five levels: most serious, more serious, normal, minor, and slight. The evaluation weight matter-element are established by using AHP, weight are determined by using the combination of AHP and entropy, finally comprehensive evaluation of pumps vibration performance is practiced. Thus, this evaluation is feasible and useful.

摘要:
This essay direct at quenching craft of P110 oil case, makes 25MnV steel as study objective, considers geometric symmetry of oil case, analyzes chemical component of oil case, measures thermal conductivity, specific heat and convection coefficient, simulates the temperature field of the quenching oil case by finite element software, and receives the temperature field distribution and the change along thickness, the result closes to the date of fact. This is reference to establishment and prediction of quenching craft and next research of residual stress of quenched oil case.

摘要:
The array configuration of delta wing and elliptical cylinder vortex generator in the spiral surface channel was studied. By changing the assembly distance s, the triangle wing vortex generator angle of attack alpha, the elliptical cylinder vortex generator angle of attack beta to research the heat transfer and resistance properties under different working conditions. The research model as follow: the heat-medium is water-vapor [H2O], the cold medium of flow is air, Steam temperature is 400K and air inlet temperature is 293K, the Reynolds number ranging from 4000 to 7000.The optimum structure was determined by using numerical simulation method and orthogonal experiment method. The result shows the optimization structure of the combination vortex generator: alpha=45 degrees, beta=45 degrees, s=90mm. Compared with the normal structure, the heat transfer enhancement comprehensive effect of the optimization structure raised about 36.2%similar to 47.6%.

摘要:
Due to the complex structure of nuclear facilities in a high irradiation environment, people were hard to approach it, In view of these situation a fault diagnosis method based on HMM(Hidden Markov Model) of capturing the audio signal while facilities were operating was proposed. With the strong modeling ability, HMM could be applied to analyzing such as audio signal non-stationary time signal. By using this method, the original mechanical structures of nuclear facilities were not destroyed. The preposed sensors were needed as few as possible by the whole diagnosis system and which had a simple structure, low cost structure, the fault diagnosis rate was high and so on. State monitoring and fault diagnosis system of complex nuclear ower equipment could timely and effective to provide running status and potential failure information for operating personnel, which had a vital significance for the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power equipment.

By using modeling and simulation technology, motion simulation and structural analysis were carried out on hydraulic manipulator's structure working in the radiation environment. The results of motion simulation can test the manipulator's kinematics characteristic, and provide a basis for structural optimization design.Structural analysis could be used to validate manipulator's s tructure is able to withstand the movement of stress, strain or not. Manipulator's structure design can be properly improved by use of the structural analysis.

摘要:
Conducting polymer actuators which are capable of operating in air or liquid media under low actuation voltages can be used as macro and micromanipulation devices. However, their positioning accuracy is adversely affected by their hysteresis nonlinearity. In this paper, we establish a Duhem hysteresis model for conducting polymer actuators, which is a rate-independent hysteresis model. The hysteresis model is experimentally identified and integrated with the linear transfer function of the actuator to build a more accurate actuator model.
摘要:
In this paper, the thermal spraying powder, which was made by sintering, was respectively mixed by Cr2O3 and glass glaze at the mass ratio of 85%, 95%, and 100%.The three mixed powders were sprayed on the surface of 45 steel by CP-3000 subsonic spray gun. Then the samples were heated in the resistance furnace until the temperature reached 1050 degrees C. At room temperature,the wear resistance of these three kinds of coatings were investigated along with load and time changing under water lubricating. The impact of glass glaze on coatings was found after analyzing the change of the weight loss of the coatings. The result showed that there was not the shedding of splat except some brittle micro-peeling at the rim of splat and furrow on the surface of 85% and 95% Cr2O3 ceramic coatings. The wear resistance of the coatings was improved with the increase of the percentage of glass glaze, and began to desend when the percentage arrived at a certain degree. It indicated that the wear resistance was the best when the percentage was about 95% in this experiment.

In this paper, a Prandtl-Ishlinskii hysteresis model (PI) is used to build a rate-independent hysteresis model for a class of conducting polymer actuators typified by tri-layer conjugated polymer actuators. Firstly, an off-line method is proposed to identify a discretization density function for the hysteresis model, and then a linear transfer function for the actuator is identified using the PI inverse model. Secondly, a neural network approach is proposed to realize an adaptive on-line identification method for the density function of the PI hysteresis model. In the back propagation (BP) algorithm for the neural network, the discretization PI operator is considered as an operational function of the neural network and the density function is considered as the power value. Finally, the simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate the validity of the model identification method and the actuator model.

摘要:
In this paper, carbon nanocoatings were prepared on YG8 (WC-8 wt.%Co) hardmetal substrates by using the oxygen-acetylene flame method. It was shown that the morphology and quality of carbon nanocoatings were greatly affected by the position at which the hardmetal was placed in the flame and the surface pretreatment of the hardmetal. Small nodular particles aggregated by short needles were synthesized on the acid-etched substrate, while cauliflower-like diamond particles were deposited on the mechanically-polished and acid-etched substrate. The cross-section observation indicated that there was a good mechanical interlocking between the deposited diamond coating and the substrate.

This paper focus on designing a fuzzy PID controller design about the vapor pressure of the EPE foaming machine parameters, and raise a self-tuning method of PID parameters, and use the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB to simulate its control system, which are compared with the simulation of conventional PID controller, the results show the design of fuzzy PID controller have high control precision, small overshoot, good dynamic performance characteristics.
