Based on a sample of 4.5 fb(-1) of e(+)e(-) annihilation data collected in the energy region between 4.6 GeV and 4.7 GeV with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, two singly Cabibbo-suppressed decays Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma K-0(+) and Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma(+)K(S)(0 )are studied. The ratio of the branching fraction B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma K-0(+)) relative to B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma(0)pi(+)) is measured to be 0.0361 +/- 0.0073(stat.) +/- 0.0005(syst.), and the ratio of B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma K-+(S)0 ) relative to B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma(0)pi(+)pi(-)) is measured to be 0.0106 +/- 0.0031(stat.) +/- 0.0004(syst.). After taking the world-average branching fractions of the reference decay channels, the branching fractions B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma K-0(+)) and B(Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma K-+(S)0) are determined to be (4.7 +/- 0.9(stat.) +/- 0.1(syst.) +/- 0.3(ref.)) x 10(-4) and (4.8 +/- 1.4(stat.) +/- 0.2(syst.) +/- 0.3(ref.)) x 10(-4), respectively. The branching fraction of the Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma K-+(S)0 decay is measured for the first time.

Based on a sample of 448.1 x 10(6) psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector, a study of psi(3686) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar pi(0) and psi(3686) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar eta is performed. Evidence of the isospin-violating decay psi(3686) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar pi(0) is found for the first time with a statistical significance of 3.7 sigma, the branching fraction B(psi(3686) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar pi(0)) is measured to be (1.42 +/- 0.39 +/- 0.59) x 10(-6), and its corresponding upper limit is determined to be 2.47 x 10(-6) at 90% confidence level. A partial wave analysis of psi(3686) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar eta shows that the peak around Lambda eta invariant mass threshold favors a Lambda* resonance with mass and width in agreement with the Lambda(1670). The branching fraction of the psi(3686) -> Lambda(Lambda) over bar eta is measured to be (2.34 +/- 0.18 +/- 0.52) x 10(-5). The first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic.

摘要：
To investigate the pollutant dispersion of a nuclear power plant, a field tracing experiment was carried out in neutral stratification weather with the main wind direction SSW. On this basis, a wind speed profile and turbulence intensity profile consistent with the site were created in the wind tunnel. Meanwhile, how to generate a wind field of neutral stratification in a wind tunnel was studied in detail. Finally, a 1:1000 nuclear power area model was made to conduct tracing experiments in the wind tunnel. The results show that when the horizontal and vertical distances of the spire are 300 mm and 500 mm, and the horizontal and vertical distances of the rough element are 250 mm and 500 mm. A wind speed profile with a wind profile index of 0.321 was generated in the wind tunnel (0.334 in the field test), and the wind tunnel tracer experiment had the same diffusion trend as the field, which verified the accuracy of the flow field.

Globins are heme proteins such as hemoglobin (Hb), myoglobin (Mb) and neuroglobin (Ngb), playing important roles in biological system. In addition to normal functions, zebrafish Ngb was able to penetrate cell membranes, whereas less was known for other globin members. In this study, to improve the cellmembrane-penetrating activity of globins, we used sperm whale Mb as a model protein and constructed a quadruple mutant of G5K/Q8K/A19K/V21K Mb (termed 4K Mb), by introduction of four positive charges on the protein surface, which was designed according to the amino acid alignment with that of zebrafish Ngb. Spectroscopic and crystallographic studies showed that the four positively charged Lys residues did not affect the protein structure. Cell-membrane-penetrating essay further showed that 4K Mb exhibited enhanced activity compared to that of native Mb. This study provides valuable information for the effect of distribution of charged residues on the protein structure and the cell-membrane-penetrating activity of globins. Therefore, it will guide the design of protein-based biomaterials for biological applications. (c) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

摘要：
Using (448.1 +/- 2.9) x 10(6) psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the decay psi(3686) -> Sigma(-) (Sigma) over bar (+) is observed for the first time with a branching fraction of (2.82 +/- 0.04(stat). +/- 0.08(syst).) x 10(-4), and the angular parameter alpha(Sigma)- is measured to be 0.96 +/- 0.09(stat). +/- 0.03(syst.).

摘要：
To solve the problem of safety and stability of the uranium tailings impoundment dam, based on the whole process of emergency management, the safety and stability evaluation system of the uranium tailings impoundment dam is established by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from the four aspects of design and construction, natural environment, operational stability and management, and the general weight of each evaluation index is calculated; the improved AHP-cloud model is introduced to obtain the basic evaluation cloud map for the safety and stability of the uranium tailing dam and two typical dams were evaluated in a large uranium tailings impoundment in southern China. The results show that the model can produce a more accurate evaluation of the safety and stability of the uranium tailings impoundment dam, and provide a reference for the subsequent decommissioning management work.

Chlamydia is an obligate intracellular bacterium where most species are pathogenic and infectious, causing various infectious diseases and complications in humans and animals. Antibiotics are often recommended for the clinical treatment of chlamydial infections. However, extensive research has shown that antibiotics may not be sufficient to eliminate or inhibit infection entirely and have some potential risks, including antibiotic resistance. The impact of chlamydial infection and antibiotic misuse should not be underestimated in public health. This study explores the possibility of new therapeutic techniques, including a review of recent studies on preventing and suppressing chlamydial infection by non-antibiotic compounds.

Antioxidants may provide a complementary treatment for patients with chronic diseases. Nevertheless, studies that have measured the effects of antioxidant on diabetes complications have provided conflicting results. This study aimed to elucidate the association between antioxidant and diabetic complications and to develop robust evidence for clinical decisions by systematic reviews and meta-analysis. PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus databases were searched to collect clinical studies related to the efficacy of antioxidants in the treatment of diabetes complications from inception to May 5, 2021. Statistical meta-analyses were performed using the RevMan 5.4 software. Stata16 software was used to detect publication bias. The data of diabetic nephropathy (DN), diabetic nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and diabetic periodontitis were collected to analyze the effect of antioxidant on diabetes and the above three complications. The meta-analysis results showed that antioxidant treatment was associated with significantly changes in the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) (standardized mean difference [SMD]: - 0.21 [95% confidence interval [CI]: - 0.33, -0.10], p < 0.001), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) (MD: - 0.41 [95% CI: - 0.63, -0.18], p < 0.001), total antioxidant capacity (TAC) (SMD: 0.44 [95% CI: 0.24, 0.63], p < 0.001) and malondialdehyde (MDA) (SMD: - 0.82 [95% CI: - 1.24, -0.41], p < 0.001) than the control group. Antioxidant supplements have the potential to treat three complications of diabetes. In conclusion, the meta-analysis results indicate that antioxidant treatment is effective clinically for diabetes mellitus and its complications.

摘要：
NEAT1 has been shown to play an oncogenic role in many kinds of cancers. However, detailed roles of NEAT1 in bladder cancer are largely unknown. In the present study, the expression of NEAT1, miR-101 and VEGF-C was detected in human bladder cancer samples. The relationship between NEAT1 and the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer was analysed. In vitro experiments explored the effects of NEAT1 on biological behaviours of bladder cancer T24 and 5637 cells. Bioinformatics prediction and luciferase assays were used to assay the regulatory mechanism of action of NEAT1 and miR-101. Loss and gain of the expression of miR-101 and VEGF-C were used to explore the effects of the NEAT1/miR-101/VEGF-C pathway on T24 and 5637 cells. The effect of NEAT1 on the growth of bladder cancer in vivo was explored using an orthotopic tumourigenesis model. NEAT1 and VEGF-C were significantly upregulated in bladder cancer samples, and miR-101 was significantly downregulated. NEAT1 upregulation was associated with poorer recurrence-free survival of patients with bladder cancer. Overexpression of NEAT1 promoted the proliferation, migration and invasion of bladder cancer cells. The results of the luciferase assay indicated that miR-101 was a target of NEAT1. The promoting effects of NEAT1 on bladder cancer cells were reversed by miR-101 upregulation, and inhibition of miR-101 enhanced the effects of NEAT1. Overexpression of VEGF-C had a clear synergistic effect with the action of NEAT1. Overexpression of NEAT1 increased tumour growth and induced the development of liver metastasis. In conclusion, our data indicated that NEAT1 was expressed at high levels in bladder cancer patients and correlated with unfavourable prognosis. NEAT1 promoted malignant development of bladder cancer in vitro and in vivo by regulating the miR-101/VEGF-C pathway.

This cluster randomized controlled trial aimed to investigate the effects of an intervention to teach resourcefulness on depression and coping style of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). A convenience sample of 72 patients in community settings took part. Participants in the intervention group (n = 36) received an 8-week intervention based on the concept of resourcefulness, plus routine health education. Participants in the control group (n = 36) received routine health education only. After the intervention, participants in the intervention group had significantly higher scores on resourcefulness and coping styles, and lower scores on depression than those in the control group (both ps < .001). The findings suggest that a well-developed intervention to teach resourcefulness could help patients with CHD to be more resourceful, improve their level of depression, and choose more effective strategies to cope with stress.

Neuroinflammation not only contributes to epileptogenesis and neurodegeneration, but is also associated with cognitive impairment. Nod-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasomemediated neuroinflammation is positively correlated with progression of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) and cognitive impairment. Recent studies have shown that the anti-aging protein, klotho, exerts antineuroinflammation effects and enhances cognition in neurodegenerative disorders. In the present study, we investigated the role and underlying mechanism of klotho action in NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated neuroinflammation in a TLE model. Specifically, we first injected an adeno-associated viral (AAV)mediated overexpression of klotho (AAV-KL) into the bilateral hippocampus of rats. After 3 weeks, rats were intraperitoneally injected with lithium-chloride pilocarpine (LiCl-Pilo) to generate a TLE model. Results showed that klotho was significantly downregulated six weeks after TLE, while AAV-mediated klotho overexpression substantially attenuated TLE-induced hippocampal neuronal injury and cognitive impairment. Interestingly, klotho overexpression significantly alleviated expression of NLRP3, IL-18, and caspase-1 proteins, but up-regulated activation of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). However, treatment with Nrf2 inhibitor ML385 significantly reversed klotho's beneficial effects, including alleviated neuroinflammation, attenuated neuronal injury, and improved cognitive function. Taken together, these results indicated that klotho alleviated NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated neuroinflammation by activating the Nrf2 signaling pathway in the TLE rat model, suggesting that this the anti-aging protein could be a novel and promising therapeutic agent for managing TLE-associated cognitive impairment. Dynamic fault tree (DFT) and its related research methods have received extensive attention in safety analysis and reliability engineering. DFT can perform reliability modelling for systems with sequential correlation, resource sharing, and cold and hot spare parts. A technical modelling method of DFT is proposed for modelling ship collision accidents and loss-of-coolant accidents (LOCAs). Qualitative and quantitative analyses of DFT were carried out using the cutting sequence (CS)/extended cutting sequence (ECS) method. The results show nine types of dynamic fault failure modes in ship collision accidents, describing the fault propagation process of a dynamic system and reflect the dynamic changes of the entire accident system. The probability of a ship collision accident is 2.378 x 10-9 by using CS. This failure mode cannot be expressed by a combination of basic events within the same event frame after an LOCA occurs in a marine nuclear reactor because the system contains warm spare parts. Therefore, the probability of losing reactor control was calculated as 8.125 x 10-6 using the ECS. Compared with CS, ECS is more efficient considering expression and processing capabilities, and has a significant advantage considering cost.(c) 2022 Korean Nuclear Society, Published by Elsevier Korea LLC. 摘要：
Here, a broadband topological valley-locked waveguide state (TVWS) of elastic wave with adjustable mode width is reported in the phononic crystal plate with asymmetric double-sided pillars. The broadband topological bandgap is achieved by adjusting the height of triangular pillars. The TVWS with adjustable mode width is realized by adding a pillared phononic crystal (PPnC) with Dirac points between two valley PPnCs with distinct topological phase. The TVWS of elastic wave exhibits the properties of gapless dispersion and robustness against bends and disorders. Based on the TVWS, an elastic valley-locked waveguide splitter with variable mode width is further demonstrated.

Iron-doped carbon dots (Fe-CDs) were greenly synthesized via a one-step hydrothermal method using the eco-friendly materials milk powder and FeCl3. It was found that the synthesized biomass Fe-CDs have photoluminescence properties and strong mimetic oxidase activity, which enables catalysis of the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to produce a blue product, oxidized TMB (oxTMB). The presence of ascorbic acid (AA) could reduce the oxTMB and make the solution color lighter to realize the colorimetric determination of AA. In addition, the absorption peak of the oxTMB generated at 370 nm overlaps with the excitation spectrum of Fe-CDs, and oxTMB quenched the fluorescence of Fe-CDs based on the internal filtration effect (IFE). The presence of AA will reduce oxTMB and restore the fluorescence of Fe-CDs, and the change of fluorescence intensity is positively correlated with the concentration of AA. Accordingly, a novel method for colorimetric/fluorometric dual-signal detection of AA was developed. The linear range of the colorimetric assay was 25.0–500.0 μM, and the detection limit was 8.59 μM. The linear range of the fluorometric assay was 20.0–500.0 μM with an LOD of 5.13 μM. The method took advantage of different signals to achieve complementarity and eliminate false positives of single signals and improve the accuracy with great application prospects in the detection of AA.
