摘要:
In order to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency visual retrieval of intelligent teaching resource data, this paper proposes a visual retrieval method of intelligent teaching resource data based on feature index. Firstly, a data mining model of intelligent teaching resources is constructed according to the similarity and feature extraction results of intelligent teaching resources, and then the data mining results are merged and classified. Finally, the feature index is constructed, and the data visual retrieval is realized by combining the similarity calculation results of the initial vector of data retrieval with the data subset. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional methods, the proposed method can achieve high-precision and high-efficiency visual retrieval of intelligent teaching resource data, and the practical application effect is good.

摘要:
The JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway is a key regulator of cell growth,motility,migration,invasion and apoptosis in mammalian cells.Infection with intracellular pathogens of the genus Chlamydia can inhibit host cell apoptosis,and here we asked whether the JAK-STAT3 pathway participates in chlamydial anti-apoptotic activity.We found that,compared with uninfected cells,levels of JAK1 and STAT3 mRNA as well as total and phosphorylated JAK1 and STAT3 protein,were significantly increased in C.psittaci-infected HeLa cells.

Chlamydia or Chlamydophila pneumoniae is a common bacterial pathogen in the human respiratory tract.Although C.pneumoniae infection in the airway of normal individuals is often asymptomatic,C.pneumoniae infection in the airway of COPD patients may trigger flare-ups,which is a major cause of death in the elderly.Since COPD patients are generally more susceptible to bacterial infections,antibiotics has been a routine treatment applied to these patents.
