深入了解miR-155-5p参与的生命过程和疾病类型,为后续的功能研究提供理论依据。对miR-155-5p进行生物信息学分析发现,已知的其成熟序列在不同物种间高度保守;基因本体论(GO)分析发现其分子功能显著富集于杂环化合物结合、核酸结合等,生物学过程主要富集于细胞大分子代谢、生物调节和有机物代谢等;京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)分析发现其显著富集于癌症通路、MAPK和Fox O信号通路等。分析结果表明miR-155-5p通过调控靶基因在人类生命活动和疾病发生发展过程中起重要作用,尤其是作为癌症早期诊断和预后的生物标志值得进一步研究。

Knowing more life process and disease types associated with miR-155-5 p,which could provide a theoretical basis for the further function study of hsa-miR-155-5 p. Bioinformatics analysis of miR-155-5 p found that the mature sequence of miR-155-5 p was highly conservative property among various species. GO analysis showed that the molecular functions of the target genes were significantly invovled in heterocyclic compound binding,nucleic acid binding,and so on;These genes were significantly associated with cellular macromolecule metabolic process,biological regulation,organic substance metabolic and other biological processes. KEGG analysis found that the target genes were mainly located in cancer pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and Fox O signaling pathway. Analysis results showed that miR-155-5 p played an important role in human living activities and disease development process through regulating target genes. It was worth to further study miR-155-5 p as a biomarker especially in the early diagnosis and prognosis of cancer.
