By adopting the basic theory of exercise biomechanics, the paper analy zed the hitting of the balls and the spinning of the main balls and some conclus ions were drew which are of reference to the practice of billiards. The concept of the angle of hitting the ball was put forward; the condition of sliding and the determining factor of the secure area while hitting the ball were defined.
