介绍针对用于次临界反应堆中子特性测量的小尺寸(如φ6 mm×10 mm)3He中子探测器设计的一种基于AD8004芯片的电流灵敏前置放大器的研制,该前放可由长达10 m的同轴屏蔽电缆与探头连接,并且能够适应于高计数率情况下中子通量密度的测量,文中给出了具体电路原理图、性能指标参数以及对电路调试的有关问题的讨论.

A current-sensitive preamplifier for the mini-size (such as φ6 mm × 10 mm)3He neutron detector used for neutronics characteristics measurement of sub-critical reactor is introduced in this paper. It can be connected with the detector by a coaxial shielded cable which length is up to 10 m, and it is propitious to neutron flux measurement at a high counting rate.
